Hot Chocolate Mix

There is snow on the ground and a chill in the air. Here is a sneak peek at the recipe for our famous mix that you can now make at home. Choose instant skim milk powder when gathering your supplies, as it dissolves nicely.

Instant skim milk powder 1 ½ cups

Salt, fine ¼ tsp

Cocoa powder ½ cup

Sugar, granulated 2/3 cup

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl using a whisk.

2. Keep in a large airtight container to refill a smaller container kept near your coffee counter!

To Serve: pour 1 cup hot water over 3 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix. Stir well. 

Don’t forget the mini marshmallows!
